Your Role as Shop Manager

As the Shop Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our business runs smoothly—both in-store and online. This is a hands-on position requiring leadership, problem-solving, and a strong understanding of customer service.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

1. Managing Store Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring shelves are stocked, products are fresh, and the shop remains clean and inviting.
  • Manage and train team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold store standards.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

2. Handling the Online Platform:

  • Manage the app and website functionality, ensuring products, prices, and availability are always up to date.
  • Monitor online orders, coordinate deliveries, and communicate effectively with the delivery team to meet customer expectations.
  • Work closely with the website support team to troubleshoot and resolve app-related issues promptly.

3. Inventory Management:

  • Track stock levels, order new inventory as needed, and ensure accurate records for both in-store and online inventory.
  • Work with suppliers to source the best products for our customers at competitive prices.

4. Business Growth and Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the team to implement marketing strategies that drive foot traffic and online engagement.
  • Analyse sales trends and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
